Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after you receive your tracking number.
Wrong / Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping information carefully. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier’s tracking shows the package delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We can modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, it must follow our Return Policy.
